Joan Margaret Rohwer Weismantel was born Nov. 1, 1941, in Aberdeen, and peacefully passed away at Sun Dial Manor in Bristol, on April 20, 2024. She was the daughter of Lawrence and Annabeth (Paulson) Rohwer and the beloved sister of three siblings, John, Judy and Janet.
