During the Day County Planning and Zoning Board meeting during the regular commission meeting July 7 at the Museum of Wildlife, Science & Industry, concerns were raised regarding land use procedures, permitting processes and communication between property owners and local officials.

NFL athletic trainer from Webster receives Hometown Hero Award

Bill Weber of the South Dakota Football Coaches Association was on hand at the Longbranch in Grenville July 7 to present the Hometown Hero award to NFL athletic trainer Nathan Breske.Breske, a Webster graduate, is the seventh person to receive the Hometown Hero award.
