City council tables decision on Morschings home design

Webster City Councilmen couldn’t quite get behind the idea of a proposed house design presented by Richard and Wanda Morsching during a special meeting April 8. The council has asked the pair to present a full artist’s rendering of what they envision the couple say will be their retirement home.
