Lake Region Electric General Manager and CEO Tim McIntyre is officially retiring Sept. 3. After 20 years of service to the Webster area in the electrical field, McIntyre will look to spend time with his grandchildren, friends and finally relax.

Pipe breaks near Waubay Lake but problem is now resolved

Over the weekend of Aug. 24 WEB Water Development dealt with a main pipe break near Waubay Lake. This resulted in a new pipe being installed and a boil ordinance to be put in place by WEB Water. General Manager Shane Phillips said that the ordinance should be lifted either Aug. 28 or Aug.
