Fire subdued after consuming half of Waubay home

Waubay Fire Department responded to calls of a house fire in the late afternoon Feb. 15 near the corner of 2nd St. and 4th Ave. where half of a home was engulfed in flames. Waubay Fire Chief Adam Jorgenson said no injuries were sustained in the incident and the fire was extinguished.
