New state licensed day care set to open in Webster

Webster will be gaining a new day care option with the upcoming opening of Knapp & Play Learning Center Sept. 8 which will be licensed to accommodate 91 kids from infants into grade school.

Webster graduate seeks to involve high school students in EMS through cadet program

Webster native Gavin Sannes has taken initiative to start a emergency medical services (EMS) cadet program through Webster Area High School with a goal of establishing younger volunteers in EMS.

Water issues cause intermittent temporary closures

Customers of First Interstate Bank who visited the Webster branch at various times last week may have become concerned the branch was in danger of closing as they were greeted by locked doors and a “Temporary Branch Closure” notice in the window.
