Webster Tire has been a staple of the community for around 30 years. Ryan Root is the proud captain of Webster Tire. Root may feel like he’s treading water when it comes to the tire world, but Root has introduced his lifetime of skills as a marine mechanic to the business’ long line of services provided there.

Spring load restrictions go on South Dakota Highway 25

South Dakota Department of Transportation sent a press release to the public Feb. 13 about the state’s spring load limit restrictions happening Feb. 16-20. According to the report, Day County will have one spring load limit restriction on South Dakota Hwy. 25.

Case announces retirement from Webster Area principal position after 26 years

Webster Area School Board accepted the resignation of elementary and middle school principal Craig Case during their regular meeting Feb. 12 with Case announcing his retirement from the principal position which will come at the end of the school year after 26 years with the school.
