Election ballots finally arrive in Day County

South Dakota has experienced a delay on ballot deliveries and many counties have had to wait with no clue when they would be able to cast their vote. South Dakota counties were supposed to receive their ballots April 17, but it was multiple days until the first county received their ballots.

Willa Stern, Webster was recognized as Touchstone Energy Cooperative Scholar of the Week as a high school senior who goes above and beyond in the classroom and activities. She was named recipient of one of two $500 Scholar of the Year scholarships during the Scholar of the Year banquet April 18.
