Incoming Webster Area High School (WAHS) seniors Mia Coester and Willa Stern attended the annual South Dakota American Legion Auxilary Girls State. The event took place May 25-29 at the University of South Dakota campus in Vermillion.
Day County Extension and SD Department of Health-Public Health Office hosted a babysitting class June 4. Seated, participants received CPR certification, learned about child care, safety, emergency preparedness and basic first aid. All American Saddle Club hosts horse show

All American Saddle Club hosted a horse show June 1 in Webster. The judge was Tammy Gorder, Summit. Next show will be June 29 at Day County Fairgrounds.Results are as follows with names in order of place for each event.

Mornings with Moms is a group for parents and guardians of young children which facilitates meet-ups activities together. The group has a partnership with the Webster Public Library.
