As a part of their December 12 days of giving event which gives back 12 percent of profits to the community, Sioux Valley Coop donated $2,650 to the Day County Community Foundation. The check with the donation was handed to the foundation Feb. 19. 2025 Webster Area Farm and Home Show was at the Webster Armory Jan. 24-25. A dog demonstration by South Dakota Highway Patrol Jan. 24 displayed some skills the dogs use to locate the scents of narcotics. Webster Area Honor roll
Webster Area Student Council members, front Barrett Bloom, fourth grade; back, from left, eighth graders Claire Halvorson, Sophia Wilson and Remi Hubsch presented a $1,000 check to playground committee members Vanessa Bloom, fifth grade teacher and Emily Wagner, second grade teacher.
