Crop report for week ending June 29

United States Department of Agriculture and National Agricultural Statistics Service released the South Dakota crop progress report for the week ending June 29.According to the report there were 4.5 days suitable for fieldwork.

Webster SeniorsWebster Senior Citizens met June 16 with six members and one guest. Card winners were Dennis DeWitte, pinochle and Margaret McKittrick, whist. Helene Eisenbraun served lunch. Myrene Gaikowski will serve lunch at the next meeting July 7, 1 p.m. at Webster Golf clubhouse.

Clubs County Line KidsCounty Line Kids 4-H Club met at Falnes Church May 16. Adaline Larson presided with six of nine members and one clover bud in attendance. Pledge of Allegiance was led by Henry Paulson and 4-H pledge by Julia Ogren.

Pastor brings nationwide reservation mission to Enemy Swim

Since December 2023 North Carolina pastor Eric Moore and his wife Kelsey have been on a mission to bring the gospel to every indigenous reservation in the U.S. Now they will be bringing their mission to Enemy Swim for a couple gospel nights June 27-28.
