Webster Area girls varsity basketball team traveled to Waverly Jan. 26 to take on Waverly- South Shore Coyotes but were narrowly defeated 48-51. Quarter scores for the game were 5-6, 20-19, 32-36 and 48-51.Bearcats scored on eight of 17 two-point field goals, seven of 22 threes and 11 of 15 free throws.
