Groton Area girls basketball took on the Webster Area Bearcats Jan. 30 and Florence/Henry Falcons Feb. 3. Groton Area won both the contests handedly.
As the Tigers faced off against the Bearcats in a home contest they ended the first quarter with an 11-15 deficit, but quickly regained control of the game as they won the contest 55-43.
