Webster Area traveled to Brookings June 1-2 to compete in the state golf tournament. The girls played at Edgebrook Golf Course and the boys played at Brookings Country Club. This was a good tournament for the Bearcats, with two place winners and some newcomers showing that state was just another day out on the course.
