Looking to harvest wind

Dear Editor,Concerning letters submitted last week from Jerry Mork and Reuben Parks, I think that more should be said to provide further information to voters in the upcoming election.First, the utmost concern should be the safety of citizens located in the vicinity of a large-scale wind farm.

Dear Editor:In regards to Jerry Mork’s and Reuben Parks’ letters to the editor last week.One of the two wind tower developers’ footprints is in the Webster Area School District. Both Webster Area School District and the Groton Area School District would receive school tax revenue.

In favor of harvesting local wind

Dear Editor,I am a native of Day County. My grandparents immigrated from Norway over 100 years ago and bought a farm southeast of Pierpont. It was on this farm where my mother and uncle were born. I purchased this farm after my mother died and it is rented to a three-generation farm family.
