When sleep-inducing techniques fail

I have a love-hate relationship with sleep. On one hand, it’s needed and I enjoy feeling well rested. On the other hand, it takes up to much time and is way too hard to stay asleep. I wish I could be well rested without having to get a full night’s rest.
