Something I realized while I was covering the Waubay and Webster Area high school graduations were how big of a celebration this ceremony is to a small community. With only nine graduates from Waubay, their gym was still full of family and friends. Then with 45 graduates from Webster Area, the Webster Armory was packed with people as well.
