Agriculture Secretary Tom Vilsack announced $615.8 million in water and environmental projects will be funded through the American Recovery and Reinvestment Act. The town of Waubay had one of two projects funded. Waubay will receive $918,000 to replace water and sewer lines on the east side of town.
