As 2024 is coming to a close and the new year lurks in the coming weeks, I believe a time of reflection on the lessons learned is required. With days and months floating by the person I am come Jan. 1 will be much different than the person I was this time last year.
Through these lessons I hope to continue to grow as a professional, but most importantly as a human.
