Dear Editor:
Why is the contribution of the Drywood lakes to the Waubay basin seemingly being ignored?
Connecting Neighbors Regional Pipeline at Mitchell, scheduled to have 72 miles of 30 inch pipe, a new pumping station, a new 2.5 million gallon storage tank and an upgrade to the Platte treatment plant. All being completed from 2025 to 2027, at a cost of $105 million.
