Dear Editor:
The referendum on Day County Ordinance #2024-1 was passed by a majority of Day County voters last November. The Day County Commission has chosen to take no action. In discussing the results of this election, statements were made by commissioners in past meetings “no one knew what they were voting on.” That is a direct insult to the intelligence of Day County voters.
