LeAnn Finley, 71, Salem, died March 10, 2026 at her home.
Funeral services were March 16 at Spitzer-Miller Funeral Home, with Pastor Katie Pauly officiating. Burial was at Sunset Memorial Gardens.
LeAnn Marie Coyne was born May 1, 1954, to Francis and Evelyn (Petrich) Coyne in Webster. She went to elementary and high school in Bristol and took the two-year secretarial program at Northern State College, Aberdeen.
She married Roger Finley in Aberdeen April 7, 1979. She worked at various offices in Aberdeen including administration at Dakota Midland Hospital and Verifications and sold Avon for many years. When she retired, she moved to be closer to her grandchildren.
She enjoyed reading, playing games online and writing to hundreds of pen pals.
Survivors include her husband; children, Aaron Finley, Benjamin and Jami Finley, Rachel and Paul Longhenry; five grandchildren and her sister, Ardis Schiley.
She was preceded in death by her parents; brother, Charles Coyne; brother-in-law, David Schiley and two nephews.
