    The U.S. Army Corps of Engineers plan to hold a meeting June 30 at 1 p.m. at the Day County Courthouse in Community Room 101. According to Harry Knapp, the meeting will discuss options regarding the flooding issue on Bitter Lake. In Day County, the lake’s water levels have been rising for multiple decades, with the issue really starting to get serious in the early 1990s.
