Roxann Price, 44, Sioux Falls died Nov. 3, 2025, at her home.
Funeral services are Nov. 10, 10 a.m. at Bethesda Lutheran Church, Bristol. Burial is at the Bristol Cemetery. Family requests that casual attire be worn in her honor.
Visitation was Nov. 9, 2-4 p.m., closing with a prayer service at Fiksdal Funeral Service, Webster.
Roxann “Roxie” Elaine Orr was born Dec. 19, 1980, along with her twin sister. She was baptized in the NICU and Bethesda Lutheran Church where she was also later confirmed. She attended school in Bristol. On Valentine’s Day 1998, she was in a life altering car accident. Her determination and willpower allowed her to graduate with her classmates in 1999. She furthered her education at Lake Area Technical School and obtained her Licensed Practical Nursing degree. She worked at various medical facilities mainly in northeastern South Dakota.
In 2001, she married Randy Wolff at Bethesda Lutheran Church and they welcomed a daughter. The couple parted ways, and she and her daughter moved to Aberdeen.
In 2012, she married Dustin Price. They lived in Aberdeen where she continued to work as an LPN. They later separated; she and her daughter continued to live in Aberdeen. Three years ago, she moved to Sioux Falls and worked at BART.
She enjoyed working at BART, napping, animals, reading, attending car races, fiddling on social media and making people laugh. She especially enjoyed spending time with her daughter.
Survivors include her daughter, Gwendolyn Price and Carter Schulte, Webster; parents, Harold and Marcia Orr, Bristol; grandmother, Carol Mc-Farland, Webster; twin sister, Rachel Bahr and Keith Kretzschmar, Bristol; brothers, Paul Orr, David and Christa Orr, Bristol; many aunts, uncles, cousins, nieces and nephews.
She was preceded in death by her grandparents, Dale and Elaine Orr, Delwin McFarland and uncle, David McFarland.
