Waubay/Summit opens volleyball season with back to back wins

    Waubay/Summit varsity volleyball swept Leola/ Frederick in three sets Aug. 28 in Waubay with scores of 25-19, 2522 and 25-18 to start the season off 1-0.

    “Our girls came out ready and hungry for a victory in our first match of the season. We had some big hitters up at the net for us and defensively we played well,” coach Shonda Holscher said.
