Webster Public Library turns the page with new head librarian

    Patricia Proctor has been hired for the role of head librarian at the Webster Public Library as of June 2 with the retirement of Teri Ewalt coming at the end of June.

    Hailing originally from New Hampshire Proctor said after moving a couple times she and her husband were driving through Webster, liked the area and decided to move here last September.
