Groton Area Tigers boys basketball took on the West Central Trojans Dec. 20 in a home contest. The Tigers lost the game 38-54.
The Tigers struggled to shoot the ball from the two point range and beyond the arch. As a team the Tigers finished 8-27 from two and 6-17 from three.
Groton Area got to the free throw line eight times in the contest, but converted on four attempts.
