Elizabeth Weyh, 73, Webster, died Dec. 7, 2024, at Avera McKennan Hospital, Sioux Falls.
Memorial services were Dec. 16 at Fiksdal Funeral Service, Webster.
Elizabeth “Betty” Marie Weyh was born May 23, 1951, to Conrad and Pearl (Young) Weyh at Webster. She was baptized and confirmed at Christ the King Catholic Church, Webster. She attended school in Webster and graduated in 1969. After high school, she joined the U.S. Navy. After her discharge, she furthered her education at Watertown Business College. She then moved to Redfield and eventually returned to Webster where she worked at various businesses including Dakotah Inc., Bethesda Home, The Galley and Casey’s.
She was a member of Webster VFW Auxiliary, Webster High School reunion committee and Boy Scouts of America fundraiser organizer. She enjoyed bowling, shooting pool, playing cards and board games with family, crafting, sudoku puzzles, watching television game shows and the Minnesota Twins and Vikings. She also enjoyed cooking and baking for her family and Facebooking.
Survivors include her sons, Chad and Tanna Weyh, Russell, MN and Chris Weyh, Milbank; two grandchildren; four great-grandchildren; four siblings, Donnie and Linda Weyh, Ashton, IL; Paul Weyh, Sioux Falls; Alice and Craig Mundt, Onida; Susie and Jeff Van Patten, Webster; many nieces and nephews.
She was preceded in death by her parents and three sisters, Carol Niemeyer, Lois Gonsor and Helen Weyh.
