    The third annual Day County Veterans Banquet was held at the Webster Armory Nov. 9. Local Vietnam veterans were honored with Quilts of Valor and other military traditions through the night.

    Focusing on Vietnam veterans was important to veterans service officer Jeff Nelson due to the rapid decline in the population over the years, he said.
