Webster was affected by a temporary water outage Oct. 5. The entire city of Webster was temporarily out of water due to a glitch in the computer system, according to water superintendent Chad Goehring.
As Pumpkin Fest was happening Oct. 5 the city went without access to water for a very limited time period.
