Phillip Olsen strikes excess material with a tool after welding together the railroad track on 4th street railroad crossing in Webster. Starting at 10:30 a.m. Aug. 26 the goal was to create new welds in order to make one continuous track. As the work for the day was finishing up, Olsen hit the excess material called slag off of the rails to ensure that the railway looks nice....
