Rhonda O’Daniel, 58, Aberdeen died Aug. 11, 2024, at her home.
Memorial services were Aug. 23 at Fiksdal Funeral Service, Webster. Inurnment is at Webster Cemetery.
Rhonda Rae O’Daniel was born Dec. 7, 1965, at Fargo, ND. At the age of five months, she moved into the home of Bob and Sharon Schmidt as a foster child. She attended Webster Public School and United Methodist Church, Webster. She lived with the Schmidt family until 1982, when she moved to the Adjustment Training Center, Aberdeen. She worked at Lakewood Mall, 3M and the Federal Building, Aberdeen. She enjoyed swimming, scrapbooking and shopping.
Survivors include her sisters, Shawna and Arnie Simon, Webster; Shelli Schmidt, Aberdeen; a niece and two nephews.
She was preceded in death by her parents; brother, Scott Schmidt and two nephews.
