Roberta “Bobbi” Faye Helmbrecht, age 68, passed away Wednesday, July 17, 2024, at her home in Benson, MN. Visitation was from 1 p.m. to 2 p.m. Tuesday, July 23, 2024, at Pilgrim Congregational United Church of Christ in Benson, followed by the funeral service at 2 p.m. Interment will be in the Webster Cemetery, Webster.
Roberta Fay Helmbrecht was born Aug. 6, 1955, in Webster, the daughter of John E. and Angeline P. (Houde) Hatle. She grew up in Webster and then lived in Coon Rapids, MN. Bobbi completed school through twelfth grade.
Bobbi enjoyed going to church, gardening, sewing and walking around the park by her home. She loved volunteering at Prairie 5, and especially loved hanging out with her great-grandchildren.
Bobbi is survived by her children: Sherri Helmbrecht of Benson, MN, Jon Helmbrecht of Mora, MN, and David Helmbrecht of Mora, MN; five grandchildren: Heather Hernandez, Brian Helmbrecht, Angel Helmbrecht, Alli Helmbrecht, and Liam Helmbrecht; six great-grandchildren: Brooklyn Rodriguez, Nathaniel Rodriguez, Sapphire Hernandez, Abraham Hernandez, Harley Castillo, and Ryleigh Helmbrecht, and brother Tim (Becky) Hatle of Princeton, MN.
Bobbi was preceded in death by her father John Hatle and her mother Angeline Hatle.
