Webster school board meets briefly, submits votes for SDHSAA ballots

It took three minutes to conduct the business at a special board meeting of the Webster Area School Board May 23. Members of that board met in a mixture of in-person and via phone conference to submit the school’s vote for the South Dakota High School Athletic Association ballots.

AG announces 13 tribal officers participate in law enforcement training

PIERRE – South Dakota Attorney General Marty Jackley has announced 13 tribal law enforcement officers, along with another 11 local and state officers, are scheduled to participate in the state’s first-ever tribal law enforcement specific training session starting June 3 in Pierre.

South Dakota is in a state-wide crisis when it comes to aiding those who are struggling with aging along with individuals living with disabilities on their own. This is already a hefty problem but becomes more problematic in rural areas such as Webster and surrounding towns.

USDA posts latest ag report

Premier of documentary on Webster is June 4, free
