The executive board of the South Dakota Democratic Party voted on Thursday to oppose Constitutional Amendment H, a ballot measure that would open up primary elections to all voters regardless of party affiliation.

The Webster Area track was resurfaced last week for the first time since it was installed, according to Webster Area School business manager Lori O’Farrell. She said the cost of it being resurfaced is approximately $95,000. Webster Area School athletic director Nathan Bloom states depending on the weather, the track should be back open to the public Aug. 12. Reporter & Farmer | Annie Witt
