Attorney General Jackley urges compliance orders against TikTok

PIERRE – South Dakota Attorney General Marty Jackley announces he has joined a coalition of 22 Attorneys General to enforce a court order that requires TikTok to comply with an ongoing multistate consumer protection investigation and to preserve and produce relevant evidence.

Bartos provides season updates on golf course

With Webster City Council meeting taking place Oct. 7 the Webster Golf Club provided updates for their 2024 finances and future outlook with Josh Bartos speaking. According to Bartos, the season went very well and they achieved their financial goals.

‘Walking America’couple travels though South Dakota, Day County

Torin and Paige Rouse along with their dog Jak have started a walking journey in which the end goal would see the couple walk 12,000 miles across all 50 states.

Grenville church ends mass services after 130 years

St. Joseph Catholic Church in Grenville has ceased weekend mass services as of Sept. 1 due to the shortage of priests in the Sioux Falls Diocese to cover the eight Catholic parishes in Day, Marshall and Roberts counties cited as the main reason for closure, according to church member Darlene Lesnar.
