Webster City Council officially recognizes Hahler for 31 years of service to soccer program

    At the start of the Aug. 10 regular Webster City Council meeting, a longtime community volunteer was recognized for more than three decades of service and her dedication to one branch of local youth activities – work that helped get the ball of that program rolling.
