    Waubay City board members met Dec. 3 for their regular meeting. Board members discussed a wage increase for the community to adjust to the new minimun wage. South Dakota will be raising their minimum wage for nontipped employees from $11.50 to $11.85 and for tipped-employees from $5.75 to $5.925.
