State attorney general says former Revenue Department employee faked titles to get loans

Revelation comes as former state worker is under prosecution for theft

A now-deceased state employee used her position with the state Department of Revenue to create 13 fake vehicle titles, which were used to secure $400,000 in loans, Attorney General Marty Jackley’s office confirmed Thursday, Aug. 15.
