South Dakota’s first cookie jar museum set to open in Roslyn

For the past six years Grenville resident Patti Mitchell has been working on a goal: to find a home to display her collection of 6,000 cookie jars for the public to enjoy.
Mitchell, who said she has been collecting the jars for around 30 years mentioned she began because she started seeing jars she found unique or interesting but it quickly became a full time hobby.
