While two other hogs were “on the lam,” a pig named Penelope just chills out on the race track Sept. 6 during Harvest Fest, the first annual held at the Day County Fairgrounds. Two pigs decided to take a romp around town when they fled the race track and the races were delayed by a few minutes until they could be returned to the track so the race could resume.
