South Dakota Public Utilities Commission (PUC) encouraged grain producers, buyers and warehouses to “brush up” on the state’s grain storage and purchase policies in a Sept. 24 press release. The PUC specifically cautioned grain producers against selling to unlicensed buyers and warehouses.
