PIERRE – There’s a new name in the South Dakota Hall of Honor at the state Capitol building.
One-hundred-year-old South Dakota native and retired U.S. Navy Capt. E. Royce Williams was celebrated at a March 25 ceremony where a plaque honoring him was unveiled, although Williams did not attend.
