Over the weekend of Aug. 24 WEB Water Development dealt with a main pipe break near Waubay Lake. This resulted in a new pipe being installed and a boil ordinance to be put in place by WEB Water. General Manager Shane Phillips said that the ordinance should be lifted either Aug. 28 or Aug. 29 pending results from water samples that would deem the water safe for consumption.Near Waubay Lak...
