Motion accepted by commissioners spark heated exchanges
Day County Commissioners passed a motion for the second reading of Ordinance #2401-01 which in part pertains to the setbacks imposed upon wind farms in Day County during their Aug. 20 meeting. As of now, the ordinance still calls for one-half mile setback for wind turbines for non-participating landowners.
