John Jaspers is a resident at Strand-Kjorsvig and has been in South Dakota his entire life. He was born in Webster, but grew up in Eden. He spent his earlier years working on his farm, raising a family and helping out his neighbors. Reporter & Farmer | Connor Handrahan
John Jaspers is an 88-year-old currently residing at Strand-Kjorsvig Living Center. Jaspers was born in Eden and has lived in South Dakota his entire life. He said he moved into the living center in 2024 and enjoys living there. Even though he jokingly called his life story “a little dull,” he is living quite an exciting and fulfilling life.
