Whistle Stop is open just in time for the 4th of July. Located on Highway 12 between Webster and Waubay owners Sam and Rebekah Swanson opened shop June 27 and will be open until July 8. According to Rebekah popular fireworks include artillery shells, parachutes and Z cakes.
