A fire hydrant on 12th Ave. and Main Street in Webster was hit due to bad weather conditions April 3 according to Webster Police Chief Craig Baumgarn. Webster police started an investigation April 13 and have found the person responsible. A hit and run charge was given and Baumgarn said he saw people possibly working on it April 15.
