Efforts city is making to educate residents on repopulating urban forest

    The City of Webster is continuing to educate residents on proper tree planting and pruning as there is an effort to add various species of trees around the town and maintain structural integrity of existing.

    The Day County Conservation District held a tree pruning and planting seminar May 4. The seminar was located at the Webster Veteran’s Memorial Complex and was free to the public. Topics covered…
