Day County Commissioners voted unanimously at the Day County Planning and Zoning Commission meeting May 19 to waive violation fees and retroactively approve a permit for Bill Donat after he completed shoreline maintenance without first obtaining a shoreline modification permit at his property on Enemy Swim Lake.
